Nexor is proud of its research heritage, spun out of communication research programmes at both Nottingham University and University College London. Our research capability drives an innovative approach to interpreting new market requirements and technology trends, which has led to us being a frequent market leader, as demonstrated by an impressive list of market firsts. Our close association with academic research continues with recent project engagements with Nottingham, Nottingham Trent, Birmingham, Leicester, Loughborough, London (Birkbeck) and Cranfield universities. To maintain a balance between academia and the real world, we frequently engage with authorities such as the British Computer Society (BCS), CESG and the Institute of Information Security Professionals (IISP) and industry fora including Intellect and ADS, as well as our customers such as NATO and UK government agencies. We also run on-going personal development programmes for all staff.
