Nexor announces the release of the latest version of Nexor Sentinel 3, the SE Linux based version of its highly successful mailguard. Nexor announced today that it has successfully integrated ITT’s PuriFile® file inspection application into its mailguard, Nexor Sentinel Version 3. ITT's PuriFile software performs deep analysis of various Microsoft Office file formats and .pdf files. Nexor has made a significant contribution to a research project being carried out by Loughborough University Business School. The research into how knowledge is transferred within different Service Support settings involved close observation of Nexor’s expert technicians as they went about resolving service incidents over a period of time.
